The master bedroom, located at the end of the hallway, offers an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. It features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, perfect for organizing your personal belongings. Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1, located at the end of the hallway next to the master bedroom, is equipped with a comfortable bunk bed, perfect for accommodating two people. Damage Policy
When a reservation is made at our property, the following conditions apply in case of any loss or damage:
Notification of Damage
The guest is required to inform the service provider promptly upon becoming aware of any loss or damage.Damage Claim
Within 14 days of check-out, the provider will send the guest a damage claim via the booking platform, quoting the reservation number. Upon receipt of the claim, the guest may:Accept the charge, authorizing the provider to collect the amount;
Dispute the charge, requesting clarification or further investigation. In this case, the matter will be re-examined.
Maximum Charge
At the time of booking, the maximum amount that may be charged for damages is clearly indicated. Should the guest deem this insufficient, the provider reserves the right to pursue legal action beyond this policy.Payment Processing
All transactions are carried out directly between the guest and the service provider; the platform merely facilitates and organizes payments on the provider’s behalf.Exclusions
This policy does not cover:Routine cleaning or normal wear and tear;
Unlawful acts (e.g. theft);
Non-material damages (e.g. fines for smoking, introduction of unauthorized pets).
Security Deposit

Parking
The property is located just inside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), but loading and unloading operations are permitted. Nearby, there is a large free parking area where you can leave your car. The parking area is also equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.
